69 – Karen Workman -howifelt


Creative colourful and textural art pieces, using the ancient slow-stitch of kantha, kawandis (Quilts) are my new work, including garments.
I began playing with mixed media, creating "NOT JUST TEABAGS" in THE SCREENING Exhibition 2023, visitor vote 2/18.
Felt making was my first love for 20 years and recycling, reusing, repurposing is always my first consideration when choosing materials.
