Art materials are provided with the $15 cost – bring a journal if you prefer. Wear comfortable clothing that can get dirty. 

This life + art process we prepare with a movement warm up using music. 

We go into guided dance based on the Temalpa Art/Life approach, and after create with colour. 

Close with safe sharing.

You do not need to be an artist or a dancer to participate. 

The process is like a meditation inward led by music and a few key directions. 

What you will experience is a self centred exploration designed to support deeper self care and creative honouring. 

This is a wonderful, playful and empowering process through which life and art reflect one another and unlock personal embodiment.
