Originally fro the Kapiti Coast, Sam works from her studio in the Rangitikei - her work will be showing at the the Marton Arts & Crafts Centre for Open Studios 2024. Sam's art practice began in 2009 while based in Napier, her work primarily focuses on stylised and imagined landscapes painted in oil. The work has evolved into a meditative process, an escape, and a deeper connection with the natural world.
