MAKE 3 PRINTS WITH SUE COOKE
Discover the magic of the original impression. Make a monoprint, drypoint and woodcut in an hour and a half.

PORTRAITURE WITH MICHAEL HAGGIE AND BRIE RATE
Using a live model and plaster casts, Michael and Brie will impart tricks and tips for successful portraits. Students will be led through a series of exercises which aim to expand their approach to creating portraits and develop style, confidence and enjoyment. Suitable for all levels of experience – beginners and experienced artists welcome.
Time is 2 pm to 4pm. Please choose a date in March: Saturday 15th or Saturday 22nd

PAPERMAKING WITH BRIE RATE
Become sustainable, take up arms against commercial paper, and expand the notion of what paper can be! This workshop is an introduction to a variety of hand paper making techniques, including everything you need to know to make paper at home. Learn how to turn organic and manufactured material into pulp, as well as freehand application, pulp painting, embedding and embellishments. By the end of this workshop you will have made several sheets of paper – these assemblages are works of art in themselves, or can be used in combination with creative processes to explore and express your ideas. Suitable for all artistic experience. Teens/mature young adults welcome.
Time is 2 pm to 4.30 pm. Please choose a date in March: Sunday 16th or 23rd
