Paint… graphite… wood… paper, Artist Julie Laird loves it all and any germ of an idea is guaranteed to set her off on an enthusiastic tangent. She works from her home studio in a busy farm environment and takes her inspiration from everyday life, working mainly in realistic style portraiture, bookbinding, box making and giving new life to something old.
